Artistic Matter : The base photography is composed without computer, using reflective surfaces positioned in front of the camera at time of exposure.

Artist : Adrian Flower was born in Cumbria, yet entered his first darkroom as a 12 year old at Bushfield School (Ormaston Academy) in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Inspiring him to study photography at Cumbria College of Art & Design & Portsmouth University.

Adrian set up an art gallery called Studio 73 in Brixton, South London in 2012. The gallery space hosted many shows from artists far and wide but notably those from the local area.

Following the closure of Studio 73 in 2020, Adrian introduced #lofipostershow a fast moving way of presenting large poster prints on the streets of London using magnets and metal surfaces.

Latterly, in 2022, Brixton Art Prize was born, a globally focused art prize that celebrates the very best in the emerging arts. The idea was born as Adrian was inspired by his time in the market where fellow traders and customers bring cheer from all different parts of our globe..
